This application offer video transcoding capabilities between two channels.
It allows to reencode one or both video streams so they can match the desired codec, frames per second, bit rate, etc.
Currently the application has onle one functions:
Currently only MPEG4-ES to H263 is supported, H263 to H263 would be really soon.
The video encoding and decoding process is performed by libavcodec, so if you're interested in including any other codec the library actually supports, just contact me.
